Prior to commencing legal action, PCS staff will assess each file to ensure critical criteria are met. This review is undertaken by Nyst Lawyers.

Final approval will be sought by you prior to proceeding.  Each customer situation is assessed and the course of action taken will depend on the individual circumstances.

Our lawyers will initiate proceedings as soon as the instructions are given only after we have meticulously screened all files.  This ensures that actions initiated on your behalf are correct and accurate in order to avoid the proceedings being deemed by the Court as not being valid or meritorious.
