Field Services - Repossessions

Should we be instructed to repossess an asset, PCS provides a fully compliant repossession service.  We understand the urgency and complexity of these matters and appreciate the importance of keeping you closely informed.

Often, repossessions can be resolved when payment is presented at the last opportunity.
However, should the repossession take place, we conduct ourselves in a professional manner and in accordance with your instructions.  The repossession takes place in accordance with the various legislation, including the ACCC Guidelines for the Collection of Debts pursuant to s60 of the Federal Trade Practices Act and the Credit Code.

Repossessed goods are towed or carted to an action room by an independent contractor in accordance with the financier’s instructions.
In the event buildings or land are repossessed, the repossession agent is involved in securing the premises after the occupants have been evicted and arranging a locksmith to re-secure the premises to prevent re-entry.
